Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop sales relevant to quality/social assessment to achieve the business targets.

- Building and maintaining relationships with leaders in governmental agencies and key partners within the China market.

- Conduct internal and external training relevant to quality/social presentation.

- Working with other members of the Sales & Marketing Development staff to develop a solid business case to support recommendations on new potential offerings or business opportunities both within existing Fields of Interest and within new Fields of Interest.

- Managing, monitoring and expanding alliances in China and ensuring highly effective relationships with these partners.

Skills and Requirements:

- Collage or BA degree.

- Possessing good knowledge of sales, quality/social assessment industry as well as the company's product & service.

- RBA, SMETA, GRI, quality management system etc sale experience preferred.

- Good selling, negotiation and presentation skills as well as communication and organization;

- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.

- Proven success with meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals and new business development.

- Demonstrated track record of alliance construction, management and monitoring.

- Proficiency in office software and English.
