岗位职责

Job Responsibility：

1.参与研发项目中英文合同的审核洽谈以及登记归档

Participate in the review, negotiation, filing and archiving of Chinese and English contracts for R&D projects.

2.管理项目发票，并做好合同付款阶段的跟进

Manage project invoices and follow up with contract payments.

3.完成项目付款，可以跟供应商沟通付款中遇到的问题，沟通付款进度

Process project payment, communicate with the supplier if any problems encountered during payment progress

4.及时准确做好项目支出情况统计，能与财务做好对接

Make timely and accurate tracking on project cost/contract status, work closely with the finance team for monthly review and cost allocation

5.配合完成其他项目文件归档及统计记录工作，如保密协议，会议资料，sharepoint管理等

Cooperate to complete other project documents archiving and tracking, such as managing confidentiality agreement, meeting materials, SharePoint management, etc.

6.配合协调其他项目支持工作，如进出口，物流, CRO出访安排等

Coordinate project related logisitic work, such as import/export, shipment, CRO visits, etc.

7.参与项目内部的其他日常运营工作支持

Participate in other daily operation support within the project

8.参与规划协调公司内部项目管理流程的制定，沟通与落地

Participate in planning and coordinating the establishment and implementation of the company's internal project management process

9.参与优化公司内部系统的项目管理模块

Participate in optimizing the project management module of the company's internal system

岗位要求：

job requirement

1.本科或以上学历，生物学，化学，制药工程或相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering or related

2.两年以上行业经验，熟悉生物医药研发的阶段，有项目管理经验者优先

At least two years of industry experience, familiar with the stages of biological therapeutic research and development. Project management experience is preferred

3.有良好的沟通能力，做事细心严谨，善于学习新事物

Have good communication skills, be able to work with details, and be good at learning new things

4.能熟练操作Excel, PPT, word. 有MS SharePoint的经验

Proficiency in Excel, PPT, word. Experience in MS SharePoint

5.有良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力

Have good English skills in written and verbal communication
