1.   抗体基因的克隆，表达及功能筛选；

2.   抗体序列的生物信息学分析；

3.   深度测序方法学的建立及在抗体研发中的应用；

4.   抗体结构的计算机模型预测及分析。

背景要求：

1.   博士学位：免疫学，生物信息学，结构生物学，分子生物学等相关领域；

2.   能独立的处理大量生物信息学工作，包括序列分析，结构预测，模型建立，高通量筛选等；

3.   熟练的编程能力，用于开发生物信息学相关工具，如R, Python, Perl, C/C++, Java, Matlab等；

4.   熟悉肿瘤免疫学，免疫相关疾病等基础及临床知识者优先；

5.   熟悉抗体或蛋白类药物基础研究及药物开发经验者优先；

6.   具有强烈的学习欲望，通过学习文献和具体项目结合，提出新的思路和方法并强力执行；

7.   平衡研发独立性和团队合作精神，将个人的创造力与团队的凝聚力有机结合起来；

8.   具有良好的交流能力，定期口头及书面汇报，促进公司内，部门间的信息通畅。

We are currently advancing a pipeline of promising preclinical candidates and have robust research capabilities fuelling our long-term growth. To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
