In order to strengthen our sales department at our Shanghai location, we are looking for a full-time sales representative as soon as possible.

Your tasks

1) Support and advice for international distribution partners in the Asian region

2) Individual preparation of potential analyses together with distributors

3) Planning and support of distributor’s sales activities to achieve growth

4) Initiation and implementation of marketing activities in the distributor markets

5) Implementation and organisation of product and application training

6) On-site consultation with (distributor’s) customers to explore applications and demonstrate KRüSS instruments

7) Regular on-site visits and performance of business and KPI reviews

8) Documentation of market information and field activities in CRM

Our requirements

1) Degree in business administration/business engineering or…

2) Degree in physics, chemistry or other technical discipline but with a very strong commercial sense/focus

3) Strong technical understanding and a capability to comprehend complex technical and scientific contexts

4) Excellent market and customer understanding in the field of analytics (laboratory, R&D, QA/QC)

5) Enjoyment of communication and interaction with people

6) Ability to manage and coordinate resources and services

7) Strong customer orientation combined with a hands-on mentality

8) Willingness to travel up to 40%

9) Intercultural Sensitivity and ability to act accordingly

10) Business fluent in English, German and other foreign languages advantageous

11) Experience in dealer management is advantageous
