1. 日常工作包括管理团队，负责向客户提供会计外包服务：

        

- 编制法定财务报表，编制管理报告供客户管理层使用；

        

- 确保团队所提供的会计服务按时高质量地完成；

        

- 建立牢固的客户关系；

        

- 激励、发展并培养团队中的会计成员；

        

2. 专项工作包括可能需要担任客户财务主管的角色，为客户提供专业服务：

    

- 根据项目需求，从事内控咨询、合并报表咨询、企业流程再造等企业管理咨询服务；

    

- 根据项目需求独立进行访谈、调研、撰写报告、进行项目阶段成果汇报等；

    

    

任职资格

    

1 ) 本科及以上学历，在会计领域有至少5年的工作经验，拥有跨国公司经验的优先考虑；

    

2）2年以上会计师事务所审计经验优先；

    

3) 优秀的书面和口头英语能力；

    

4) 具有良好的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力；

    

5) 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；

    

6) 接受出差，适应力强且喜欢接受挑战，能在压力下工作；

R&P China Lawyers is a young, fast-developing boutique law firm, with offices in Beijing and Shanghai, providing a comprehensive range of legal services to mainly foreign- and foreign-invested companies in China. We are now looking for lawyers to expand our team of about 35 professionals.
 
Candidates should have solid experience in the legal field, be motivated and enthusiastic and want to provide high-level services to our clients. We work as a team but with a high level of individual responsibilities, in an international working environment where the written working-language is English.
