职责描述Job Description：

1. 负责带领团队完成项目制作

Responsible for leading the team to complete the project production；

2. 负责部门日常运营管理，对项目进行策划定位、策略制订、总结研判及广告植入等工作

Responsible for the daily operation and management of the department, planning and positioning the project, formulating the strategy, summarizing the judgment and advertising the work;；

3. 负责项目团队任务分解及项目执行过程中各细项的落实

Responsible for project team decomposition and implementation of various details during project execution;；

4. 根据项目进度与公司内部团队对接与推进，协调

Coordination and promotion with the internal team of the company according to the progress of the project, coordination

5. 负责节目制作成本预算及节目内容，保证节目质量

Responsible for the program production cost budget and program content to ensure the quality of the program;；

6. 根据节目运营情况，进行综合分析，及时做出调整节目制作策略

According to the operation of the program, conduct a comprehensive analysis and make timely adjustments to the program production strategy.。

任职要求Requirements：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，10年以上电视从业经验，具备一线电视媒体或视频网站8年以上综艺类节目制作与管理工作经验

Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of experience in television industry, with more than 8 years experience in production and management of variety shows in first-line TV media or video websites.

2. 具备较强的团队组建以及团队管理、运营能力，能够把握一档节目的整案策划运营，有一定的团队管理经验

Strong team formation, team management and operational ability, able to grasp the whole case planning and operation of a program, and have certain team management experience;；

3. 具有良好的沟通能力及很好的执行能力，工作态度认真，能够在压力下有效地完成多项工作，有一定的谈判能力和敬业精神

Have good communication skills and good execution ability, work attitude is serious, can effectively complete a variety of work under pressure, have certain negotiating ability and professionalism;；

4. 曾从事过不同类型的综艺节目制作，熟悉综艺类节目竞争状况，熟练掌握节目制作全部流程以及模式者优先

Have experience in the production of different types of variety shows, be familiar with the competition status of variety shows, and is proficient in the whole process and mode of production.。

5. 有卫视栏目或大型综艺节目成功案例者尤佳

It is especially good to have a TV program or a large variety show success story.。
