-Support sales team to understand customer need from the whole electronic system of vehicle

-Based on existing CrossControl product, make offers to customer with optimized application solutions. Provide technical support to customers about how to use and configure CrossControl products. There is a troubleshooting component of this role so basic electrical and communication protocol debugging skills are required.

-Analyze product requirements and UI, interaction designer's design scheme, evaluate technical feasibility and suggestion feedback

-Take part of responsibilities of quality service work including initial inspection work of quality complain.
