Senior Logistic Specialist/Reserve Manager 资深物流专员/储备物流经理

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Handle all oversea inbound shipments including logistic coordination, shipment tracking, shipping document preparation and etc.

2. Payment tracking and order summarization.

3. Handle customers’ claim issue.

4. Communication: Ensures effective collaboration and communication with our internal coworkers including our global offices, commercial teams and external partners including Chinese clients, import agents, shipping forwarders, shipping lines, warehouses, distributors and etc.

5.Handle the warehouse & inventory management, distribution and logistics for in-bound and out-bound flow of cargo. Responsible for development, training and evaluation of our logistic operation. Manage budget spending, including review, verify and summarize logistic related invoices like VAT/Tariff/Transportation/Storage fee and etc.

6.Accountable for overall regional logistical performance including: initiating cost cutting initiatives, reduction of lead times, driving lean and continuous improvements, streamlining operations, removing ambiguity by setting clear logistic procedures, pathway matrices and setting key performance indicators (KPIs)

7.Work with supply chain planners & tax company to report the monthly  revenue and projections. 

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience in distribution or operations management.

2.A minimum of 5 years or more of with preference in international  trading area. 

  3.Competent English capability in both writing and speaking. Capacity to work in  a global, cross-functional organization

4.Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make sound business decisions.

5.Knowledge of customs regulations, process

6.Knowledge of import/export process

7.Experience of dealing with freight forwarder, import agents and shipping lines.

8.Knowledge of SAP, ERP or kingdee

9.Strong excel skills to do data analysis.

10. To be positive, careful, sedate, thoughtful, easy-going  and honest.
