About Us:

Milestone Academic Institute is a training center, aiming to provide children with international kindergarten courses in shopping malls. Role Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and carry out lessons including regular classes and demo lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies.
2. Communicate students’ progress and action plans with the Chinese Liaison.
3. Attend teacher weekly meeting and workshops for teaching development.

Qualifications & Quality We Look For:

1. Fluent written and spoken English.
2. Possesses a passion for teaching children aged from three to six years old and have a caring attitude towards the students learning outcome.
3. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and have no legal disputes or criminal record in his/her native country of residence (official proof is required).
4. Currently holds Wuhan Foreigner’s Residence Permit is preferred.
5. Authenticate bachelor’s degree – Applied Linguistics, Education or Bilingual Education degree preferred but not necessary.
6. At least 2 years of relevant working experience (formal certification is required) or TESOL certificate is required.

Benefits Package:

1. You will get paid by monthly salary + bonus + allowance.
2. Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000 to RMB 20,000
3. Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses are giving monthly as well as quarterly.
4. Allowances: Relocation Allowance and Travel Allowance provided.
5. Insurance: Provided.
6. Training: All teachers will receive training at our institute, both face to face tailored training and video trainings.
