职位描述


  

  • Coordinate transportation of domestic/international travel arrangements and daily car rental and management.

  • 协调国内/国际出差的交通安排，日常汽车租赁和管理。

  • Book air tickets and hotel for the colleague and visitors.

  • 为同事和访客预订机票和酒店。

  • Deal with tickets and hotel payment.

  • 处理机票和酒店付款。

  • Deal with car rental list monthly and payment for all drivers.

  • Maintain to input new employee’s finger into attendance machine and collect daily data from attendance machine in Shanghai Office .

  • Copy, scan and/or fax documents.

  • Book and supervise daily drinking water, the cleaness of drinking fountains regularly, organize payment for the drinking water supplier.

  • Office stationery and facilities management, including making stationary plan, purchasing, handover and payment for the supplier. Facilities maintainence.

  • 办公文具及设施管理，包括制定文具计划、采购、交接及供应商付款。设施维护。

  • Cleaning supplies purchasing and cleaner management.

  • 清洁用品采购和清洁用品管理。

  • Give assistance to all departments in the office when needed.

  • 协助办公室所有部门的工作。

  • Establish file for office stuff, update the file in time, ensure the correctness and effectiveness

  • Responsible for HSE related job in SH Office.
