职位描述

1.Take care of customers’ enquiries and provide prompt service support (eg installation, process

optimization, trouble-shooting,maintenance)

2.Keep regular contact with customers for their requirements and follow up outstanding issues,if any

1.处理客户咨询并提供即时服务支持（例如：设备安装，程序优化，故障排除，维护保养）。

2.要保持与客户的联系以便知悉客户需求，跟进未解决事宜。

Job Requirements

职位要求

1.College holders (preferably E.E, Automation major) or above with a mature and independent personality

2.Some working experience in Semiconductor or Automation industry is preferred but not mandatory.

3.Strong self-initiated personality, and good presentation skill is advantageous

4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

5.Good knowledge about PC operations

6.Self motivators with strong drive to achieve business objectives

7.Able to work with minimum supervision or guidance

8.Able to travel freely in the region or overseas occasionally

1.学位要求大专（优先考虑电气工程及自动化专业）或以上学历具备成熟独立的个性。

2.具有半导体行业或自动化行业工作经验者优先

3.主动性强且具备良好的表达能力者优先

4.良好的中文、英语口头及书面的沟通能力

5.良好的电脑操控能力

6.习惯於自我激励达到指定的商业目标

7.能够在最少的监管及指导下工作

8.能够在国内或国外偶尔出差
