岗位职责：

1.根据顾问对所在行业，公司以及职位的分析，参与制定目标候选人的寻访方案

2.进行相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选

3.通过各种渠道快速寻访候选人，进行初步面试和评估

4.沟通协调候选人与公司之间的面试安排，跟进进展并及时反馈

5.候选人背景调查，薪酬谈判，offer跟进，入职跟进等

6.根据客户需求组织内部资源为顾问提供执行方向

7.录入并更新数据库中候选人的资料

Job Description:

Build up, enrich and update the talents databanks

Search candidates through databank and networks and make cold calls

Search candidates through different channels

Contact possible candidates and make interview schedule

Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions

Support consultant to complete the whole recruiting project

Identify and implement most efficient methods for expanding company’s talent database

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，专业不限

2.擅于与人沟通，协调能力好，反应快

3.正直诚信、具有良好职业道德和团队精神，工作认真负责

4.心理素质好，可承受抗压，喜欢聊天交朋友的人较佳

5.具备良好的英语沟通能力以及电脑操作技能

6.有汽车行业和芯片行业工作经验者优先考虑

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor or above degree, Business Management/Human Resource Management is preferred

At least one year working experience in sales or marketing function

Communication: possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, like to make cold calls to unknown people

Skilled at making cold calls and conducting search processes

Able to handle rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure

English and computer skills: Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation

Automotive and chip industry experience are preferred
