主要职责 Key Responsibility

· 从设计阶段开始，对整个项目的气体及化学品供应系统及机台二次配进行优化及审核，熟悉电子厂房内气体及化学品供应系统规划及机台二次配具体要求；

Optimize and review the gas and chemical supply system and machine secondary allocation of the whole project from the design stage; be familiar with the planning of gas and chemical supply system in the electronic factory and the specific requirements of machine secondary allocation;

· 承担甲方施工现场管理人员角色；对工程项目气体专业各系统的建立、实施、测试、验收进行全过程管理，包含大宗气体、特气、空压系统、气体侦测系统及机台二次配等专业工程；

Act the role of construction site management personnel; Conduct the whole process management of the establishment, implementation, test and acceptance of the gas system of the project, including the professional projects of bulk gas, special gas, air pressure system, gas detection system and machine secondary allocation;

· 负责本专业与土建等其他各专业间的沟通协调；根据国家规范、合同文件、设计图纸、施工进度计划、施工组织设计对本专业工程进行进度、质量、成本控制；

Responsible for the communication and coordination with other majors such as civil engineering; Control the progress, quality and cost of the professional project according to national standards, contract documents, design drawings, construction schedule and construction organization design;

· 以专业角度审查施工组织设计，参与主持设计交底及监督技术交底的落实；对重大技术难点、跨专业多系统整合的分部分项工程进行重点跟踪控制；制定或审查重大设备、重要材料采购技术标准，设备材料进场检验以及对不合格品的处置和跟踪；严格管控隐蔽工程质量；对工程项目的“四新”进行重点控制；

Review construction organization design from a professional perspective, participate in presiding over design disclosure and supervising the implementation of technical disclosure; Carry out key tracking control for major technical difficulties and cross-specialty multi-system integration of sub-project; To formulate or review the technical standards for procurement of major equipment and materials, on-site inspection of equipment and materials, and disposal and follow-up of nonconforming products; Strictly control the quality of concealed works; To carry out key control over the "four new" projects;

· 以专业角度审查施工进度总计划，跟踪各级分解进度计划表，与团队其他专业工程师，共同协调控制进度计划的关键线路及对应的关键工序和关键节点；

Review the construction schedule master plan from a professional perspective, track the breakdown schedule at all levels, and coordinate with other professional engineers to control the key lines and corresponding key processes and nodes of the schedule;

· 严格控制施工过程中的工程签证单；检查核算按进度支付的工程请款单；对工期延误、质量偏差等造成甲方损失的责任单位进行索赔；

Strictly control the engineering change forms in the construction process; Check and calculate the project requisitions paid on schedule; Claim for compensation from the responsible party which causes losses to the company due to delay of construction period and quality deviation;

· 组织办理法律法规要求的证书、证件、许可、手续等；工程资料收集归档；

Organize the handling of certificates, permits and procedures required by laws and regulations; Collect and file engineering data.

· 及时、准确地完成管理层交办的其他工作

Complete other tasks assigned by the Management timely and accurately.

任职要求 Qualification Requirement

· 全日制院校气体、化学、化工及相关专业，本科及以上学历，良好的口头和书面英语沟通能力；

Full-time bachelor degree or above in gas, Chemistry, Chemical engineering or related majors, good oral and written English communication skills;

· 5年及以上建设工程相关从业经验，有电子厂房内气体化学品供应系统及机台二次配工程施工、管理及运行维护等相关工作经验；

5 years above construction engineering experience, relevant in construction, management, operation and maintenance of gas chemical supply system and machine secondary allocation project in electronics factory;

· 熟悉气体化学品供应系统，以及机台二次配工程常用材料、施工工艺、施工工序；

Familiar with the gas chemical supply system, common materials and the construction technology & process of the machine secondary allocation project;

· 熟悉气体及化学品供应系统与洁净室设计与施工相关国家标准、当地政策法规要求及相关EHS要求；

Familiar with national standards, local policies and EHS requirements for gas and chemical supply systems and clean room design and construction;

· 熟练使用AUTOCAD设计软件，Office办公软件，Project项目管理软件；

Proficient in AUTOCAD design software, Office software, Project management software;

· 高度责任心、耐心严谨、良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力、服从安排、能吃苦耐劳

High sense of responsibility, patient and rigorous, good communication skills and anti-pressure ability, comply with the arrangement and can bear hardships.

说明：根据资历和能力，可提升相应岗位和薪资水平。该职位因项目需要在北京常驻半年至一年，2021年宁波总部基地建成入驻后，技术工程部和研发中心将搬迁至宁波，公司可以提供员工宿舍，本地员工可酌情协商社保及公积金缴纳地。
