职位描述
Our client from Germany is an innovative developer, designer and manufacturer of gear pumps, flow measurement, hydraulic components and valves, with over 300 employees worldwide.
To expand their business in China, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager, reporting directly to the headquarter in Europe.
Your tasks:
- establishing and developing a personal network with existing and new customers
- identifying new market, customer and product potentials, assessing global market and sales opportunities
- being your customers’ responsible contact in all commercial, logistic and technical issues
- drawing up preliminary and follow-up calculations, framing price ranges and conducting sales negotiations
- supervising and controlling project-related decision-making and implementation processes
- supporting the management, including the development and translation of sales strategies
- representing the company at national and international trade shows
职位要求：
- a university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or an equivalent qualification
- personality with professional experience in international sales
- confident behavior and excellent rhetoric skills
- a structured and organized approach to getting things done
- a high level of initiative and sense of responsibility
- good practical know-how in ERP/CRM systems
- very good knowledge of the usual MS Office programmes
- willingness to travel and business-fluent English skills
