职位描述
Responsibilities:
China region sales department process & contract management;
Documentation management like fixed letter, price applied note, payment invoice, cash in, cash out and so on;
China region sales department long term planning & budget forecast;
Coordinate with local accounting manager and key accounting manager to solve sales department issues;
Collect and prepare department documentation and deliver the result timely and accurately;
Reports management and PPT reporting preparation;
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Specification / required skills:
Bachelor degree or Master Degree is preferred ;
Minimum 7 years’ experiences working in foreign automotive or automotive supplier industry, including minimum 3 years’ experiences working in sales director assistant;
Good understanding of superior’s working requirements and expectation;
Working in a responsible and independent way;
Fluent in Chinese and English, German is optional;
Know about the automotive market and collect related information irregularly;
Highly ownership and good team player;
Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. PPT and Excel);
Good cross-functional department communication skills;
Honesty, integrity, loyal and other good personal qualities.
