? Assisting with office contracts renewal and negotiation, organizing the office activities such as monthly birthday party.
? Supporting on company events such as vendor training and vendor forum in order to maintain a professional office environment and support the efficient operations of office.
? Responsible for liaising with the property management office on maintenance and other matters that are related to the up-keeping of the office facilities.
? Works closely with the Administrative Specialist and Receptionist in order to ensure smooth operating of the office activities and facilities.

任职资质：

? Have knowledge and skills in the following aspects: general office administration, office supplies procurement, expense negotiation and basic facilities maintenance
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
? Minimum 4 years of experience in providing secretarial support to senior management
? Experience in office administration, procurement
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and predominate local language(s)
? Proficient in the usage of personal computers including Microsoft Office software Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
? Proven negotiator and influencer with the ability to build a professional relationship and trust at all levels of the business and the company
