Customer Success Scientist - APAC

Job Description 工作职责

We are seeking a proactive individual to join a well-funded, cash-flow positive, software start-up serving life science researchers. The Customer Success Scientist will join a dynamic team responsible for interfacing with our customers and providing both pre-sales and post-sales support and ensuring that customers are successful with our products. We expect the applicant to be eligible to be based in Shanghai or nearby.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

1. Work with Sales teams to provide pre-sales support, such as performing product demos, holding detailed scientific discussions, etc., essential to closing new business and in support of Sales teams meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual Sales quotas. 配合与支持销售团队，提供售前支持，如产品演示、科学讨论等
2. Use best practices for pre-sales demos and customer evaluations. 进行售前演示和客户评估
3. Helping customers assess how our products align with their needs. 使我们产品满足客户需求
4. Providing compelling demos of our products to match a customer’s needs. 提供产品演示，以满足客户的需求

Post-sales Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that Protein Metrics customers are adept at using the software.确保客户能够熟练使用我们的软件
2. Providing training for customers to climb learning curve rapidly (online and onsite). 为客户提供现场及网络培训
3. Providing scientific consultancy to the biopharmaceutical industry. 为生物制药行业提供科学咨询
4. Maximize first-time fix rate. ***限度地提高首次修复率
5. Implement appropriate processes and tools are used to guarantee customer success i.e., proper capture and tracking of customer support cases. 采用适当的流程和工具来保证客户成功，即适当捕获和跟踪客户支持案例
6. Always maintain professional communication to Customers. 维护与客户进行良好专业沟通
7. Act as Customer Advocate to Customer Success manager, product management and development teams:

for issues and escalations.

9. Provide internal domain expertise to Customer Success Manager, development, and product teams

Provide requirements and prioritization of customer feature requests

Provide full integration/workflow testing of released product

Be an interface between sales/customers and development team.

Qualifications 职位要求

1. Master’s degree or above. 硕士及以上学历
2. Hands-on experience with protein mass spectrometry data analysis. Knowledge of mass spectrometry and software applications for protein characterization is essential for this job. 有蛋白质质谱数据分析的经验。 了解质谱和蛋白质表征的软件应用。
3. Hands-on experience with data analysis in industry OR experienced in providing technical support to customers. 有行业数据分析方面的实际经验，或有在为客户提供技术支持方面的经验。
4. Ability to understand the wider needs of the biopharmaceutical industry for handling of analytical data for biotherapeutic development and production. 能够理解生物制药行业对处理生物治疗开发和生产的分析数据的广泛需求。
5. Ability to quickly learn software inside and out, eventually leading to deep understanding of our software applications. 能够快速学习软件，能对软件应用有深刻理解。
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. 英语和普通话书写口头表达流利
7. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. 合理分配项目时间，按期完成任务
8. Preference for candidates with experience with Protein Metrics software and workflows. 有Protein Metircs软件和工作流程经验的优先考虑
