岗位职责
,1，通过电话等方式跟踪客户并保持良好关系
,2，通过包括销售电话等方式建立潜在客户渠道
,3，分析客户每一潜在客户并获取必要信息
,4，管理客户以维持现有关系并争取在业务份额上的增长
,5，维护和保持更新CRM系统的记录
,6，处理监控客户的诉求及任何其他问题
,7，通过与客户保持沟通确保业务的增长和保留
岗位要求Requirements:
,1，物流行业客服或销售岗位1年以上工作经验
,2，报价及市场背景更佳
,3，热情大方，对销售电话不抗拒并愿意时刻跟踪
,4，强烈的责任感和时间观念，能按时完成工作
,5，具有良好的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力
,6，如英语良好将是一个加分项
,7，熟练使用office软件
