职位描述
Purpose of thie position :
The Quality Coordinator supports Quality Manager to have an overall control on improving the Quality of the Furniture.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with all QC report and coordinate with quality issues
Received and analyses of each active QC' daily report .
Follow up the order , resolve potential delays or quality issues with Vendors,QC manager ,and QC on site.
Reviewed final inspection and defect QC reports on orders for future improvement and avoid potential quality issue
Follow up on Color swatch and samples testing
Administrative issues including attendance ,weekly planning, verify QC reimbursement monthly for QC and manager, and assist on QC equipment tracking
2. Download and save all TS ,AI ,NCR , and send it to QC when they need
Claim investigation,fully understand investigation and communicate with manager for final decision
3. Work closely with quality Team to improve shipping performance ,assit Quality Manager to continuous improvement on processes and procedures to achieve department goal and company goal
Requirements:
1. Applicant should start to work within 1 week.
2. The position can be transfered to regular employee after 3-4 months internship, if applicant performed well.
3. Best could speak French and chinese ，have a little experience in furniture
4. Manager assistant or furniture industry experience is preferred.

协助质量经理控制提高家具产品质量
职责描述：
1. 检查并分析每日的质量检查报告，及时联系供应商和质检员，经理，协调处理质量问题。
2. 跟进色板跟新和样品测试报告。
3. 检查并汇总工作人员的考勤，工作计划表，报销单，跟进办公用品的使用情况。
4. 保存所有TS, AI 和 NCR ，质检员需要时发给他们。
5. 翻译部分文件。
职位要求：
1. 希望应聘者能一周内到岗。
2. 本职位为实习岗，要求一周3-5天到岗，若表现良好，可在3-4个月的实习期后转正。
3. 英语良好，若会使用法语可优先考虑。
4. 有经理助理或家具行业经验者优先考虑。
