JOB DESCRIPTION:

  

1. Handle the RFQ, communicate with suppliers technically;

2. Prepare PO per requisition, daily follow up for open purchase orders;

3. Coordinate QC inspection with suppliers;

4. Collect invoice, prepare payment application files;

5. Coordinate quality issues with suppliers and workshop;

6. Follow up the production schedule together with suppliers;

7. Handle import & export cases, prepare related documents;

8. Handle urgent requisition from workshop;

9. Supplier audit, evaluation, etc;

10. Other tasks specified by line manager;

     

  

Qualification:

  

1. Major with Mechanical/Material/English/Logistics…related;

2. Professional English level;

3. Experience in mechanical company preferred;

4. SAP experience preferred;

5. Import/Export experience preferred;

1. Can do attitude with strong ownership;

2. Immediate respond and well organized for complex jobs; 

3. Self-motive in daily job;

4. Optimistic and energetic;
