• Managing documentation and documentation processes: 管理文档和文档流程：

  • Content updates & development内容更新和开发

  • Coordinating schedules and project teams of documentation projects 协调项目团队的项目文档和进度

  • Determining project-specific documentation needs (schedule, languages, when and how documentation is delivered) 确定项目特定文件需求（时间表、语言、文件交付时间和方式）

  • Actively and persistently mining content from internal stakeholders for use in documentation积极和持续地从内部相关人员处挖掘内容，用于文档

  • Coordinating translations to customer language (UI, control panels, manuals) 协调客户语言的翻译（用户界面、控制面板、手册）

  • Publishing manuals & other technical documentation such as drawings (printing and collating, on paper and electronically) 出版手册和其他技术文档，如图纸（纸质和电子版印刷和校对）

  • Collecting 3rd party instructions to the documentation package, if any收集文档包的第三方说明（如果有）

  • Participating in the global development process with the Raute head office documentation team in Finland. 与芬兰的Raute总部文件团队一起参与全球发展进程。           

Background and requirements背景和要求

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (English, Communications or equivalent) 最低学士学位（英语、通信或同等学位）

• Excellent command of English英语流利

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mine content from internal stakeholders, locally and internationally出色的沟通能力，能够从本地和国际的内部相关者那里挖掘内容  

• Proactive, organized and independent style of working 积极主动、有条理、独立的工作作风

• Good decision-making skills under tight schedules with multiple interest groups在多个利益群体的紧张日程下具备良好的决策技能
• Understand technology (hardware, software, processes) from a user’s point of view从用户角度了解技术（硬件、软件、流程）

• Understand what structured documentation is了解什么是结构化文档

• Proficiency with MS Office suite MS Office 熟练使用MS办公软件
• Experience with any CMS and .xml based documentation considered an advantage有任何CMS和.xml文档经验者优先
• Comfortable with using and learning different software/tools. 灵活使用和学习不同的软件/工具。
