Job description

1.       Prepare the CO according to shipment documents

2.       Contact forwarder for customs declaration sheet and other documents back.

3.       Archive the request electronic documents in folder on time.

4.       Relevant information maintain in system.

5.       Monthly report preparation to leader.

6.       Other documentation handling.

 

Your skills and experience

1. Minimum Bachelor level preferably in International Commerce or other relevant major

2. 3 to 5 years working experience in an international company with more than 50+ and in a highly structured environment, preferably in a (international) forwarder, carrier, trading company, factory.

3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiar with ERP system in general, able to work in a structured system.

4. Strong reading and written communication skills; and PC skills both in English and Mandarin.

5. Quick learner, able to multi task and can work under pressure.
