职位描述

Purpose of Position:

基于市场信息的调研和跟踪,开发潜在客户,维护关键客户,与客户群体建立长期的供应关系

 Research and track based on market information, develop potential customers, maintain key customers, and establish long-term supply relationships with customer groups.

-作为商务窗口,正确有效的输出和输入公司内部和客户之间的信息,保证双方顺畅的沟通。

 As a business window, correctly and effectively output and input information between the company and the customer to ensure smooth communication between the two parties.

-完成销售日常工作:项目开发和维护,商务报价,商务合同提交,客户协调,工作汇报等。

  Complete sales daily work: project development and maintenance, business quotation, business contract submission, customer coordination, work report, etc.

-配合公司团队,精密合作,逐步实现公司制定的目标。

 Cooperate with the company team, cooperate closely, and gradually realize the goals set by the company.

Position in the Organization:

-负责谢德尔中国市场各类弹簧及其他产品的大客户经理  
Responsible for Scherdel China Tension spring and other products market KAM
-主要对接客户采购,支持公司内部对外沟通。  
Mainly docking customer purchases and supporting internal communication within the company.
-汇报工作进度及内容给SAT销售总监    
Report the progress and content of the work to the SAT Sales Director.
-与总部产品负责人及时有效沟通项目情况    
Communicate project status in a timely and effective manner with the head of product at headquarters.
Responsibilities:

1.        市场信息的调研与跟踪,主要包含汽车主机厂和一级供应商车型及项目需求信息,潜在客户及需求,竞争对手的产品范围及价格水平等。

Market information research and tracking, mainly including vehicle OEM and Tier 1 supplier model and project demand information, potential customers and demand, competitor's product range and price level.

2.        开发潜在客户,了解潜在客户的产品需求,目标价格,需求产生的原因等,按客户需求提供产品和服务,最终建立供应关系。

Develop potential customers, understand potential customers' product requirements, target 

prices, reasons for demand, etc., provide products and services according to customer needs, and ultimately establish supply relationships.

 3.        维护现有客户,发掘业务持续增长和提升的机会,及时有效的与客户沟通和协调,保证客户的满意度。

Maintain existing customers, explore opportunities for continuous business growth and improvement, and communicate and coordinate with customers in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction

4.        按标准和目标完成相应工作:商务报价,合同的确认和提交,客户拜访,工作汇报等。

Completion of work according to standards and objectives: business quotation, contract confirmation and submission, customer visits, work reports, etc.

5.        与公司团队一起,相互支持写作,逐步达成公司目标及个人业绩考核。

Work with the company team to support each other's writing and gradually achieve corporate goals and individual performance assessments.
Working Skill

-熟练使用Microsoft office软件包。

Well in using Microsoft office software package.

-流利的德语和英语的听说读写能力。  

Fluent English with listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
