工作职责:

1、有能力与客户进行战略层面沟通，全面、深入地了解客户需求

2、负责公司市场渠道开拓，完成客户的洽谈、签订合同、跟单和后期维护工作

3、负责参与设计研究工作，配合设计总监把握设计方向和设计风格

4、负责项目设计过程中各环节设计成果与甲方的沟通和协调，及时有效地解决与甲方沟通过程中的各项技术问题，保持与甲方良好的合作关系
5、担任项目经理，对整个设计的全过程进行把控，包括分工、进度、质量、成本等，确保各项目按预期计划有效实施

6、根据公司计划安排，负责出差与客户洽谈对接，以及把控项目后期的施工落地

7、及时指导、处理、协调和解决项目过程中的各项技术问题，确保能给予设计团队充分的技术支持和外部技术咨询
8、配合完成公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历

2.高度理解设计的能力，有很强的设计理念及独到的艺术见解

3.具备独立开发客户及维护客户的能力

4.有职业道德，高度责任心，思路清晰，有良好的沟通与组织协调能力

5.较高的艺术气质和修养、较强的方案创意、方案讲解、客户说服能力

6.可进行中英文沟通，在知名设计公司担任商务经理或是项目经理者优先

Job responsibilities:

1. Have a strong ability to communicate with customers on a strategic level, and have a deep understanding of customer needs.

2. Responsible for developing the company's market channels, including completing customer negotiations, signing contracts, documenting orders and post-maintenance

3.Cooperate with the design director to grasp the design direction and design style

4. Responsible for the communication and coordination of the results in the project design process with Party A, timely and effectively solve the technical problems in the communication with Party A, and maintain a good cooperative relationship with Party A

5. Be able to act as a project manager to control the entire design process, including division of labor, schedule, quality, cost, etc., to ensure that each project is effectively implemented as expected

6.According to the company's plan and arrangement, be responsible for business trips to negotiate with customers, and control the construction of the project later

7. Be able to deal with various technical issues in the project process in time to ensure that the design team can be given sufficient technical support.

8. Cooperate with other tasks arranged by the company.

job requirements:

1. Interior design, art design and other related majors, bachelor degree or above

2. Have a high level of ability to understand design, have a strong design concept and unique artistic insights

3. Have the ability to independently develop and maintain customers

4. Have professional ethics, high sense of responsibility, clear thinking, good communication and organization and coordination skills

5. High artistic temperament and cultivation, strong plan creativity, plan explanation, customer persuasion ability

6. Can communicate in both Chinese and English. Those who have served as business managers or project managers in well-known design companies are preferred

设计团队
塔然塔设计的跨国团队由恩里克?塔然塔先生领导。在创立自己的工作室前，他在MassilimilianoFuksas和SMC Alsop工作过。在为Mas- silimilianoFuksas工作期间，塔然塔先生参与设计并开发罗马国会中心 - “云”，此项目即将竣工。在SMC Alsop工作期间，他参加了在上海的“北外滩”国际邮轮码头的设计。他曾与来自哥本哈根，纽约，迈阿密，上海和尼日利亚的设计师合作过。塔然塔设计团队是中外合作的团队，欧洲人深厚的创造灵感以及与其共同的专业中国本土设计师的如虎添翼使得塔然塔设计在行业内雄踞一方。我们是一个由富有激情与热忱的建筑师及室内设计师组成的团队，专注于一系列从城市规划，到建筑设计及室内设计项目的创作。
