CR Team Leader（社会责任审核经理）

International Company, with his Headquarter in Germany, is looking for a qualified CR Team Leader:

 Job Description

- report to our Global CR Manager and lead a team of compliance colleagues

- Support and manage the onboarding and offboarding of production facilities in the country in-line with corporate minimum requirements, policies and procedures

 - Plan the sourcing and supply chain strategy based on the strengths in the country. Sourcing potential production facility and recommend to the HQ sourcing team for further development

- Ensure new factories are aware of and trained in company expectations and systems for smooth operation and onboarding. This includes corporate internal audit, BSCI audit, client CR & quality audit.

- Provide value to sourcing & merchandising teams in handling supplier and factory relations, risk management, transparency and closeness to production. Address supply chain issues or disruptions efficiently and transparently.

- Manage CR team’s operations and ensure staff and business partners comply with our social compliance & integrity requirements. Build a team to ensure compliance requirements are met, and keep them working within a clear framework and motivation.

- Collaborate closely with industry partners and develop strong dispute resolution mechanisms

- Work closely with clients for any complaints about our production facility, investigate and report to HQ promptly and transparently.

- Organize regular training to production facilities, work closely with PF to participate into social compliance programs and projects.

- Cooperate with the company DETOX & BEPI team to maintain PF could meet environmental requirements

- In collaboration with Head Office teams, represent the company in various stakeholder forums – with a focus on supporting the development of strong industrial relations and a stable operational environment. Support ongoing projects and developments.

- Work to ensure our company is recognized in the market as an ethical company that good suppliers and factories want to work with – and will prioritise our business

Qualifications:

·  5+ years of experience within the garment industry – with core focus on supply chain social compliance management (SA8000 basic & advanced Certificate will be an advantage)

· In-depth knowledge and experience in garment & textile fields, better from SEA region

· Experience in several different industry initiatives

· Experience with working in a large multi-national organisation

· Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese

· Willing to travel to southeast Asia frequently
