About the job

The financial outsourcing manager will be in charge of the outsourcing department.

He/she will conduct the following tasks, including but not limited to:

- Liaising with the overseas companies and assisting them with the setting-up and management of their subsidiaries in China and in Hong Kong

- Supervising and reviewing the full set of clients’ accounts that are prepared by the accounts executive team on a monthly basis

- Ensuring the accounting team to complete the accounting, tax declaration, and statistics report declaration on time

- Providing consulting services related to accounting and tax

- Managing their accounting (AR, AP, Cash flow, P&L and BS) in Hong Kong as well as preparing, analyzing and reporting consolidated financial statements for the directors and the overseas mother companies

- Performing Internal Control reviews and advising clients on the setting up of their Financial department and their financial reports

- Maintaining existing customers, participating in new prospects development and follow up quotes to client

- Leading and managing a team of 5-10 accountants

- Optimizing the work process; improving the quality of service, enhancing the work efficiency, mitigating risks

About the candidate

ü Bachelor/Master degree, specialized in finance or audit related, Intermediate title of accountant holder

ü Relevant job knowledge and experience (3 to 5 years minimum)

ü Excellent communication and management skills

ü English in both written and verbal, French could be a plus

ü Goal oriented and result driven;

ü Willing to learn and adapt with a Can-do attitude; Methodical, organizational and planning skills
