岗位职责：

1. 辅助品牌总监执行“BEYOND”的品牌策略和品牌项目对内外沟通工作，协助制定品牌策略品牌体系并完成执行，为未来Beyond TO B & TO C用户创造舒适的体验；

2. 制定品牌线上线下营销活动(以线下为主)，跟进执行掌控预算并评估活动效果；

3. 负责“BEYOND”的全年品牌调性和品牌活动制定及建设工作，高水准落地执行并帮助公司完成品牌价值增长；

4. 负责品牌活动策划，协同广告创意、媒体投放、公关传播完成品牌的推广，并进行效果跟踪与优化，做好公司的品牌建设，提升公司的品牌影响力；

5. 负责“BEYOND “的品牌和内容协调和各类传播及活动执行供应商沟通协调与执行落地工作；

6. 通过建立KPI管理marketing performance，能以项目管理的方式，独立或带领团队完成各项活动的内容策划、方案设计、内容整合、执行全过程，验收评估；

7.完成领导安排的其他事宜。

岗位需求：

1、3~5年以上品牌策划和品牌推广活动执行落地工作经验，有参与整体策略制定的完整经验

2、 教育类运营品牌、国际教育培训等品牌营销背景优先，需要有完整和独到的见解，有成功的品牌建设或品牌Campaign建设经验

3、具有一定的公关预警和风险控制的能力

4、熟悉市场各职能的分工和配合，有带领品牌团队经验

5、英语需要较强的沟通和书面能力

6、品牌意识强，具有出色提案能力和沟通技巧

7、良好的团队意识以及计划执行能力，勇于承担高强度的工作压力

8、 思维活跃，善于学习和提升自我，具有创新精神；正直务实，主动进取，追求卓越。

9、熟悉教育和营地教育行业，了解国外常春藤教育营背景及天文教育营地营信息更佳能开展市场调查，锁定目标市场，分析同行或竞争对手的品牌活动对公司的影响；

10、高效利用媒体资源来执行品牌营销计划，帮助企业实现收益目标***化。
