POSITION SUMMARY

    

As HR Generalist you are accountable for delivering HR service and solutions to managers and employees across different Business units in China. Under the guidance of the Global manager HR Operations (located in the Netherlands), you will work with HR Business Partners , Managers and Employees to deliver and further establish HR Service in China. The role requires hands on and operational execution in a dynamic and demanding business environment. The main focus of this role is running and improving operational HR processes. 

    

 

    

Responsibilities

• Manage the general HR operations in collaboration with RPO and HR Business Partners for ASM China.
• Provide, maintain and expand (online) HR information to managers and employees.
• Optimize and update personnel administration in HRIS (SAP).
• Perform HR Analytics and Reporting.

                    

 

    

Education/Working experience

    

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 3~6 years of experience in HR

• Experience working in a multiple HR functions preferred 

        

    

Competences/ skills

• Self-directed, able to work independently and provide best practice to HR operations
• Quality improvement & detail oriented
• Customer focus & team player
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English
• Strong systems capabilities specifically MS Excel required
• Familiar to China legislation
