JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.     In charge of NPI reliability qualification including HTOL, ESD, Latch up etc., set up on going reliability test plan and ask vendor follow up. can customize the qual plan regarding operation ambient is prefer

2.     In charge of failure analysis for customer return parts (RMA)

3.     Organize related departments to handle important quality non-conformance.

4.     Organize to execute the vendor audit, follow up the effectiveness of action plan

5.     Review the manufacturability of the product from subcontractor with internal team, set up the control plan, qual plan to reduce the risk

6.     Take part in various review in product release and follow up continue improvement

7.     Structured and effective Problem Solving Methodology, including 8D/3x5WHY, drive the vendor to continue improve quality performance

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1.       Bachelor degree or above in electronic and material science, major in semiconductor, EMS related.

2.       5 years quality management experience in IC design and/or manufacturing house, familiar with wafer fabrication, IC assembly and Testing process.

3.       Familiar with quality management system including ISO9001/TS16949, rich audit experience, can lead the audit along.

4.       Good quality improvement principles and tools such as 8D,3x5why etc

5.       Good skill in reliability qualification, familiar with JEDEC and AEC Q-100.

6.       Team working, good communication skills and strong organizing capability.
