The Role & Key responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users to resolve incidents and diagnose underlying problem 

       using remote connection toolset and implement corrective actions for various clients 

• Be responsible for providing the technical support for hardware such as: Laptops,Desktops, PDA's, and Printers
• Answers basic questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization,and usage of assigned products
• Provide onsite support in warehouse if necessary
• Handle IT device purchase process as well as IT assets management
• Escalate complex problem to high level of expertise in the organization

Skill and capability required: .

1. Have good IT knowledge & background(OS, Applicaion software ,network and IT infrastructure)
2. Good in trouble shooting application problem
3. Good communication skills and customer service oriented
4. Good MS office software skills especially in Excel
5. At least 2 years relevant experience
