Responsibility职务介绍：
1. Preparation before Mould trial and pre-production. Include install mould, material, injection machine etc; 试模准备工作和试生产，包括架模、原料和注塑机等；
2. Test molding tools, analyze function and capability of molding tools according to samples, and ensure to match drawing and specification. 测试模具，分析模具的产品实现功能和能力，确保符合图纸和检验；
3. Analyze process setting, troubleshooting and process improvements; 分析参数设定，解决问题，并改进工艺参数；
4. Keep close communication with colleagues from other dept. and supplier to find solutions; 与其他部门/供应商良好的沟通，以其找到解决问题的方法；
5. Manage injection parameter and modify the parameter sheet and work instruction and process improvement；负责工艺参数设定/修改, 编制作业指导书， 并改进工艺；
6. Handle problem raised from production; 及时解决产线问题；
7.Other tasks assigned by superior. 其他主管安排的事项；

Qualification:职务要求
1. College or above, mechanical is a prefer; 大专或以上学历，机械类专业
2. More than 1 years experience in injection process, familiar with EPDM and DESMA machine is preferred; 相关工作经验（注塑）佳。熟悉EPDM 和DESMA机器佳
3. Familiar with injection/extruder process setting, troubleshooting and process improvements; 了解注塑/积压，相关知识
4. Good at practical ability to speak, read and write in English; 英文口语熟练佳
5. Basic computer knowledge and skill; 基本的电脑操作技能
6. Can read mechanical part and assembly drawing of molding tools; 能够读懂机械模具图纸
7. Good and effective communication skills with people of various dept. and foreign colleagues. Shows team working attitude; 掌握部门沟通技巧，团队协作技能
8. be proactive and self-going, positive and adaptive to new environment quickly; 能够适应新环境
