b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

Mechanical Engineering graduated , bachelor or above，CET6 or above

机械工程专业，本科及以上，CET6 及以上

Familiar with mechanical , process , simulation design standard

熟悉工艺，设计，仿真标准

Familiar with customer process standard (e.g. VW, BMW, Daimler, GM, etc.)

熟悉客户工艺标准（如大众、宝马、戴姆勒、通用等）

Familiar with mechanical design software CATIA, AutoCAD, Process Designer/Simulate

熟悉机械设计软件CATIA、AutoCAD、,Process Designer/Simulate

At least 10-year experience on BIW 

10 年以上白车身线相关经验

Experienced on BIW concept plan, process plan, layout plan, and pneumatic 

有白车身焊装线方案设计、工艺设计、平面布置、及气路

Experience on working onsite

有现场工作经验

Knowledge of BIW Process and relevant equipment

熟悉白车身的工艺及相关设备

Knowledge of Microsoft office software  products(Word，Excel and so on)

熟悉办公软件的使用

High sense of responsibility

Good management skills

Good communication skills in  English（both oral and written）

主要技术介绍：焊装夹具设计、装配、制造、电气标准柜铺设、安装、联网、PLC程序编程及调试、机器人程序编程调试、激光焊接编程调试、滚边及压边技术程序调试以及质量控制。公司目前有50多名业内经验丰富的资深工程师，包括白车身行业所需的各类工程师，包括前期方案报价，机械设计，工艺仿真，电气PLC软硬件设计与调试，机器人调试，现场安装与管理。
