岗位职责：

1. 负责办公室日常环境和办公制度的维护；

2.  负责国内外快递寄送， 签收，转发等工作，并整理对账；

3. 负责公司对外来访人员接待等工作；

4. 负责总机电话接听与转接，做好信息记录及反馈；

5. 协助办理员工入离职手续，及时更新通讯录；

6. 负责文具等办公用品的采购和发放，办公用品定期盘点，及时做好后勤保障；

7. 负责每月统计公司员工考勤，并及时归档；

8. 协助上级完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；

9. 协助上级进行内务，安全管理， 为其它部门提供及时有效的行政服务。

 

任职资格：

1. 中专以上学历，有前台，行政人事相关工作经验优先；

2. 身体健康，五官端正，有亲和力；

3. 优秀的沟通表达能力， 计划能力，组织协调能力；

4. 性格外向，热情，擅于与人沟通， 有团队精神，责任心强；

5. 熟练操作使用计算机办公软件及各种办公设备.
