JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

1. To prepare methods and protocols for Clean Room Validation, Sterilization validation, Test Method Validation and Microbial equipment qualification including finish validation protocol, lead execution and reports for divisional review.

   编写草案，实施洁净室验证，灭菌验证，测试方法验证和微生物实验设备验证，包括完成草案，领导执行，并提交分部审阅。

2. Set up test procedure/methods

   建立测试流程和方法

3. Finish routine testing timely and follow up deviations found from routine testing

   按时完成日常工作，对日常的测试偏差进行跟踪

4. Responsible for localization parts bio evaluation process

   负责本地化原材料的评估过程

5. Well maintain testing record/reports

   良好保存记录/报告

6. Initiate procurement of supplemental material for microbial testing

   采购实验耗材

7.  Train bio-technician

   培训技术员

8. Be responsible for data collection, maintain high quality system and drive any improvement accordingly

   负责收集数据，维护良好的质量系统并启动相应改善活动

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

岗位资质

1. Knowledge / Education 教育背景

Bachelor of Science majored in Microbiology or related

本科学历，生物或相关专业

2. Job Experience 工作经验

- 3 years working experience in microbiology lab within pharmaceutical or medical industry 制药或医疗行业，3年微生物实验室工作经验

- Experience with multi-national company as a plus具有跨国企业工作经历优先考虑

3. Skills / Competencies 技术能力

- Master testing procedure/method of microbial testing, e.g. environmental monitoring, bio-burden test, sterility test and others related

掌握微生物实验测试流程/方法，例如，环境监测，生物负载测试，无菌检测或其他相关实验。

- Have experience on Clean Room Validation, Test Method Validation and Microbial equipment qualification

具备洁净室验证，测试方法验证和微生物实验设备验证经验

- Understand basic statistical tool for data analysis

了解基本统计工具和数据分析

- Understand requirements of clean room and sterilization from microbial aspect

了解洁净室和灭菌相关的微生物要求

4. Credential 证书

- Certificate on microbial testing as a plus

具有微生物实验证书优先考虑

5. Language / Computer 语言/ 计算机能力

- Good written English 良好书写英语

- Good computer skill of Microsoft application software
