职位描述
此职位由美敦力糖尿病科技（成都）有限公司招聘。
主要目的
根据良好的制造规范，制造流程和安全规则，在生产组长的协调安排下进行生产制造活动。
主要职责
根据生产指令，生产指定数量的产品或部件。
当出现原材料短缺或设备异常的情况下，及时通知生产组长。
符合QSM（质量体系手册）的日常工作所需的程序要求。
遵照适用的生产作业指导书，执行制造操作。
遵照适用的程序，执行生产追溯操作。
根据适用程序进行测试，识别并分类不合格品。
按生产组长的计划，安排进行工作。如有必要，协助其他工作站进行作业。
通过向团队领导提出纠正措施，为制造流程的持续改进做出贡献。
确保根据程序和适用的TPM，进行每日开班设备设置检查并在作业后清洁设备。
确保按时完成培训。
根据生产组长的要求，作为“指导者”的角色为新操作员进行生产作业的培训。
遵守生产区域的着装规则和行为。
遵守安全规则，尤其是操作说明中注明的规则。
积极参与日常会议，提供反馈和想法。
经验与技能
能够在Windows操作系统中使用计算机
曾在制造环境中工作过
能够清楚准确地解释制造中出现的问题
遵守质量和相关程序的要求
能够进行非常准确的操作
能够使用放大镜或显微镜工作，有显微镜使用经验者优先
任职要求
具有相关制造经验的中等教育水平
准时、灵活
具有团队合作精神，宽容和开放的心态
