Responsibilities:

1. Be involved in each phase of products/projects building, including requirement analysis, development, test, deployment and maintenance.

2. Discuss with Product/Project Managers to understand system requirements, estimate development workload and planning.

3. Work with other developers to design, develop, test and deliver solutions based on Microsoft platform (SQL Server), especially in database relevant parts.

4. Investigate issues, debug and fix code defects and deliver packages.

5. Closely work with infrastructure team to properly deploy and monitor the applications

6. Write and maintain technical documentations (analysis, APIs, operations guide)

Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
2. At least 3+ year’s database development and maintenance experiences.
3. Proficient in the database development especially for Microsoft SQL Server in BIG platform, including, database solution design/programming/audit, especially the experience in high performance SQL statement/procedure programing, DB/Table sharding, high availability etc.

4. Proficient in the maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server, especially high availability, backup/restore, disaster recovery.

5. Familiar in Git flow and branch management.
6. Strong desire to learn, develop and excel, humble, responsible, great potential to grow with the organization, Self-initiated, motivated, reliable, independent, and self-driving.

7. DevOps (IIS, web deploy) experience especially the Azure DevOps platform is a strong plus.

8. Good communication skills in English (listening / probing, writing, speaking);

9. Azure environment experience is a strong plus.
