Accountabilities

• As a contact of central purchasing, maintain supplier information into plant system to drive material available, follow up project schedule to ensure material available before new project launch.
• Material planning and Supplier management, order release and management
• Inventory control within department target
• Material shortage control and ensure material availability for production and minimize premium freight cost
• Coordinate with logistics group to set up logistics models for customers.
• Develops and administers methods, policies and procedures directed at ensuring the efficient and economical movement of material through the plant.
• Maintains ongoing open communications with customers, vendors, other plants, etc.
• Analyzes and provides relevant input to forecasts, schedules, manpower needs etc.

Qualifications / experience required 

• Fluent verbal and written both in English and Mandarin.
• Basic experience on project management planning.
• Good communication skills with team member, good team player.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in purchasing area of electronic industry.
