Job Summary

This position provides technical support to MRSI customers in China. Technical support includes remote and on-site support for repairs and process issues.

Key Responsibilities

？ Machine installations at customers’ facilities

？ Installation of hardware and software upgrades

？ Process development for customers

？ Phone and email support to customers

？ Troubleshooting and feedback to the factory of machine issues

？ Conducting training courses at customer facilities

？ Setup of machines before shipment

？ Support Sales personnel by answering questions, forwarding information, and visiting customers when required

The position requires frequent communication with the MRSI factory in English. The position requires frequent travel within China.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical/software Engineering. At least 5 year experience in design/repair/maintenance service of semiconductor industrial back end equipment, good experience in semiconductor back end process/equipment. Strong analytical thinking and trouble shooting skills Good command in English both written & spoken. Ability to travel within China on a frequent basis is a must. Able to work overtime and be a hands-on person.
