岗位职责：

1市场分析

1.1收集总院全国各重点区域市场信息，并梳理汇总；

1.2建立并优化市场拓展业务体系，定期提交市场拓展情况报告和市场分析报告；

2商务经营

2.1负责经营类会务和日常接待工作；

2.2参与总院项目商务策划、合约洽谈；

2.3做好客户关系开发与维护。

3项目管理

3.1协助完成项目招投标流程；

3.2理清、协调、服务总院各所、各院经营条线工作。

4 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上教育背景，具有景观、建筑、规划或工程相关专业知识；

2、在业务开发领域有超过2年工作经验，尤其是在景观、规划设计公司；

3、良好的沟通能力并能与客户快速建立关系的能力；

4、优秀的时间管理能力；

5、强烈的责任感及团队精神。
