Job dimensions：

Lead/supporting lab activities and tests

Accountabilities：

1.      Analysis voice of customer (including expectation, complain, investment, gap analysis…etc)

2.      Leading lab efficiency improvement program

3.      Design, optimize and standardize lab documentation

4.      Lead/support lab new capability development

5.      Task priority management

6.      Systematic thinking on analysis lab data statistics and propose actions

7.      Root cause analysis of lab issue

8.      Coordinating lab resources and hand on test when necessary

9.      Passion on given tasks and good self-management

Activities ：

1.       Maintain communication channel with customer, proactively collect and analysis VOC for lab next action

2.       Develop and lead lab efficiency improvement program, to get a measurable good result

3.       Keep findings on process, analysis on gap and actively to build proposals, and implementation afterwards

4.       Taking roles & responsibilities in new capability development

5.       Commit, escalate when conflicts appears in tasks, manage priority with alignment

6.       Lead to deep dive of lab issue analysis, distribute tasks internally and consolidate final output

7.       Taking engineer level testing, and contribute when lab workload at peak

8.       Develop new test benches, more focus on mechatronics testing field

Qualifications / experience required ：

1. General requirement (Bachelor degree, CET-4/6, Office skills, Oral English, clear communication…)
2. Mechatronics (mechanical + electronic) education background
3. AutoCAD / UG / SolidWorks Electrical
4. PLC program/familiar with electrical cabinet design is a plus
5. Familiar with PCB board, layout or components/microcontroller is a plus
