Responsibility

1. Communicate with customer, such as product consult, technical requirement, building sound relationship with customer.

负责客户日常沟通，如产品咨询，技术要求等，建立良好的客户关系。

1. Confirm with Customer for the details of the order, such as Price, delivery date, technical requirement etc.,

与客户确认订单细节, 价格，交期，技术要求等

3. Customer order booking in U8 timely, create and maintain the customer, price, payment term etc.,

及时在ERP 系统输入客户订单, 创建并维护客户，价格，付款期等

4. Maintain, monitor the orders by working with Planner closely, well know the order status, and provide it to customer in advance

与计划紧密沟通，维护、掌握订单进展，尽早告诉客户订单状态

5. Delivery date checking, shipment in U8, shipment arrangement with customer and forwarder

发货日期核对，U8系统发货，和客户、货代安排发货事宜

6. Check & trace for sea/air booking to ensure shipment in time

及时检查并跟踪海运/空运的预定，以保证及时发货

7. Prepare documents to support customers’ import & export requirements. (proforma invoice, packing list, LC document, special shipping requirements etc.)

准备相关文件支持客户的进出口要求。(形式发票、装箱单、信用证单据、特殊装运要求等).

Requirements

1. Strong communication skill internal and external and team work spirit, self-motivated, pressure bearing ability.

优秀的内外部沟通能力和团队合作精神，上进心强，抗压能力强。

1. At least three years working experience related to customer service and logistics
2. 3年的相关工作经验，客户服务及物流方面
3. Fluent English both in oral and written, good office software experience
4. 的英语口语及写邮件，能熟练操作现代办公软
5. University degree with major in International Trade, Supply Chain and equivalent as an advantage

本科学历，国际贸易、供应链等相关专业优先

5. Analytical & problem-solving skills, to find & highlight potential risks.

具备分析和解决问题的能力，发现并强调潜在的风险。
