ME Manager
Meets/Exceeds Manufacuting KPIs of delivery, quality, cost, etc
- Works with cross functions to resolve production problem, standarize processes
- Deploys Lean and Sig Sigma projects for continuous improvement
- Responsible for ECO, BOM management through Agile system
- Trains engineers, technicans and production team workforce
- Motivates team members and works together to achieve aggressive targets
- Responsible for manufacturing equipment safety, maintenance, etc
- Manages manufacturing equipment CAPEX, Expense, Budget, etc
- Responsible for industrial engineering (methods, work instructions, line balancing, etc.)
- Takes initiative to support product transfer, NPIs and materail localization, etc
- Coordinates new manufacturing technology introduction, like Automation, etc.
- Responsible for other works assinged by his or her supervisor

Qualification:
- Engineering degree with 10 years+ experience in manufacturing
- Successful track record and experience on efficiency improvement
- Strong Lean and Six Sigma deployment experince at site level
- Rich experience of PCBA, Box build and system integration
- Rich experience on process engineering and equipment engineering
- Strong Problem solving skills, be familiar with 8D method
- Strong management skills and great leadship triats
