Position Summary
Implement IHS China East team' sales plans and achieve sales target, building and maintaining good relationship with end customers and channel partners. Territory will cover part of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui.

Key role responsibilities:
-Meet and exceed individual Sales performance and development goals.

-Taking initiative to grow industrial sales revenue within assigned area.
-在指定区域内能建设性地提升销售业绩
-Making sales forecast, meeting monthly shipping plan and achieving annual sales target in the assigned territory. -制定销售预测,在指定区域内完成月度销售计划和年度销售目标
-Proactively developing business relationship with Design Institute and Engineering Company to identify project opportunities in assigned territory.
-在指定区域内和设计院以及工程公司前瞻性地发展业务关系,识别项目机会
-Establish new channel partners and further develop existing business partners in achieving organic growth of baseline business.
- 建立新的渠道合作伙伴,并进一步发展现有业务伙伴,以实现基本业务的有机增长
-Provide necessary information for project bid, work out bidding strategy with supervisor and get internal resources from supporting functions such as Product Marketing, Proposal & Estimate, Project Management, Customer Services, Logistics & Sourcing team, prepare and finalize bidding documents.
-为项目投标提供必要的项目信息,在经理参与下制定投标策略,并从相关支持部门获取内部资源,如从产品市场部、技术报价部、项目管理部、客服部、物流和采购部等,准备并完成投标文件
-Provide technical support to design institute, end user and distributor during project development and throughout contract execution stages.

-Collect competitive information and provide industry/market development trend to help senior sales management formulate business strategy.

Qualifications and experience
-Bachelor’s degree or above, better in Electrical Engineering or equivalent fields
学士或学士以上学位,电气工程或相关专业***
-Minimum 5 years working experience in sales function or project design or project management function. 在销售、设计或项目管理部门至少5年以上工作经验
-Good communication skill and affinity

-Strong willing of learning

-Good computer skill in Microsoft office

-With previous or current working experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Coal Chemical, Power Generation, Pipeline Co. etc. end users

-With project sales and direct sales experience.
有项目销售或直销经验。
-Working experience in Engineering & Construction Co. responsible for business development, or project management or commercial role. Good relationship with North China based EPC companies is preferred.

-Fluent English reading/ writing and speaking.
