Roles & Responsibilities:

  

1. Identify and evaluate business opportunities through collaboration with sales and marketing.
2. Conduct benchmark or leverages market intelligence to develop product strategy and portfolio.
3. Collaborate with cross functional team engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, etc to lead a comprehensive pursuit activities
4. Evaluate and analyze financials model & cost structure,  and report to management for decisions & approval
5. Regular Cycle plan & Capex analysis and reporting for Capacity/Investment optimization.

   6.  Manage the New Business Win database monthly in system.

  

Qualification and Preferred Competencies

  

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, finance knowledge preferred

2. 3 years working experience in Automotive manufacturing company

3. Good interpersonal communication skills/outgoing personality

4. Well organized, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure

5. Fluent in both verbal and written and English

6. Excellent organizational, analytical, mathematical and Excel skills.
