Key Responsibilities:

• 组织各类店铺销售及品牌活动，持有对家居零售市场的高度敏感和了解，关注客户计划和业内竞争对手行为
• 参与制定店铺和零售的商业策略，沟通及执行公司战略，达成店铺的年度商业目标
• 与管理层及各团队紧密合作，制定具有明确目标、可交付成果和及时完成的行动计划，带领团队实现关键绩效指标
• 创造和维护美好的店铺环境，参与陈列展示，体现高标准的店铺形象
• 制定并执行系统化的店铺营运管理规范，严格规范运营团队的日常工作和工作要求，改善流程以全面提升
• 管理店铺陈列品及库存商品，有效控制店铺的库存
• 处理客户意见及投诉，提升客户体验以保证客户满意度
• 负责店铺的对外沟通，与行业内及其他相关领域建立交流和合作，提升行业地位，增强公众影响力
• 管理店铺团队的内部沟通，负责团队成员的培训和发展
• 定期完成报告，包括店铺营运、客户满意度和团队管理等，及时上报店铺及团队的内部情况

 

Profile:

• 大学及以上学历，商业和市场专业背景
• 至少3年零售管理工作经验，设计家居及奢侈品行业经验的优先
• 出色的执行力和沟通谈判能力
• 良好的书面及口头中英文交流能力
• 具有强大的自我驱动力，推进绩效达成和不断创新

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
