Position Summary
Implement BIS China north team' sales plans and achieve sales target, building and maintaining good relationship with end customers and channel partners.
执行BIS中国北区销售团队的销售计划并完成销售目标,建立并维护和最终用户以及渠
道合作伙伴的良好客户关系.
Key role responsibilities
-Rresponsible for implementing BIS China KGI products north team' sales plans and achieve sales target
-Building and maintaining good relationship with end customers and channel partners.
-The territory will cover Beijing, Tianjin ,Shandong , Henan territory will be managed by BIS North China channel sales manager.
- Drive HWAT and Rail & Transit (Metro) KGI in north China ;
-Explore north China territory ;
-Fill in the absent of Raychem sales representative in Beijing which is the core city of north China.
-Closely service and daily/timely take care of north China customers.
-Directly fighting with our main competitors like Thermon, Bartec, Chorlomax and Local brand whom are all active and have sales layout in this region.
-推动智能热水恒温系统的产品销售以及关键增长指标
-完成并超越个人销售业绩以及发展目标
-在指定区域内能建设性地提升销售业绩
-制定销售预测,在指定区域内完成月度销售计划和年度销售目标
-建立新的渠道合作伙伴,并进一步发展现有业务伙伴,以实现基本业务的有机增长
-为项目投标提供必要的项目信息,在经理参与下制定投标策略,并从相关支持部门获取内部资源,如从产品市场部、技术报价部、项目管理部、客服部、物流和采购部等,准备并完成投标文件
-在项目开发以及合同执行阶段为设计院、最终用户提供技术支持
-收集竞争信息,提供行业、市场发展趋势以帮助销售管理团队制定业务发展战略
Qualifications and experience
-Bachelor's degree, preferably for water supply and drainage or HT and other related majors
-Have project sales or direct sales experience, at least 5 years of experience in the sales or design department
-Good communication skills and affinity
-Skilled in the use of computers and Microsoft office soft
-Willing to travel
-In the previous or current work with the design institute, engineering companies and other end-customer work experience is considered priority
