Responsibilities:

1. Manage WD network in assigned region;
2. Responsible for the sales budget.
3. Have customers resources in above areas.
4. Develop new WDs in the region.
5. Provide training and support to all Delphi customers in above areas. (including WDs, chain-stores, sub-dealers, other workshops, etc.)

Qualifications:

1. Over 6 years auto parts industry experience; familiar with IAM market amd diesel product.
2. Solid experience of market development and distribution channel management experience;
3. Qualified Leadership skills in team management;
4. Basic English skill of reading and writing;
5. Local based, own private car.
6. Need to travel.
