1. To manage price sheet, update quotations and send to customers regularly/as appropriate. 
2. To receive and confirm customer PO – Verifying the information on PO, entering into ERP and replying customer to confirm the acceptance of their order. 
3. To create Alchemy purchase orders and send to suppliers to order the products that customers ordered.
4. To keep daily communications with suppliers - following up the delivery time, monitoring supplier movements and market changes etc.
5. To book shipping schedule with freight forwarders according to GRD (Goods ready date).
6. To prepare customs declaration materials for export customs clearance, and verify customs declaration forms before formal submission.
7. To prepare shipping documents to send to customer after vessel departure.
8. To manage freight forwarder performance - Freight rate, Service, Transit time etc.
9. To verify freight invoices Vs quotation, then enter into ERP for payment.
10. To receive VAT invoice, prepare payment application for supplier payments.
11. To assist Manager to do some new materials sourcing.
12. To complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
