岗位职责:

1、BMS软件开发平台规划；
1) 组织或参与BMS开发新技术的前期研究；
2) 参与BMS芯片的选择以及系统设计支持；
3) 参与平台规划以及软件架构设计；
2、软件功能开发；
1) 分析和整理软件设计需求；
2) 根据软件需求和软件开发流程，高质量的完成软件功能开发和设计文档输出；
3) 软件测试方法以及测试工具的应用与改进；
3、软件开发支持/评审；
1) 分析解决重要软件问题；
2) 组织参与软件架构及重要软件模块的技术评审和FMEA；
3) 组织参与软件开发流程评审；
4) 组织参与能力建设成果评审。

任职资格:

1、计算机专业或电子工程专业，本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验；
3、精通高压采样模拟前端芯片应用，熟悉TI/NXP/ADI/Panasonic等电芯采样芯片开发经验者优先；
4、具有BMS产品软件相关开发经验者优先。
