Position: In charge of environmental hair and skin damage (UV & pollution exposure), and pigmented skin disorders clinical research program for Asia Profession: pharma/bioscience/clinics/biophysicist

Mission

· Support R&I innovation with relevant clinical tests, by validating performance driver concepts through knowledge & mechanistic understanding.

· Objectively assess and enhance concepts, technologies and performance to assist in different phases of mechanism, knowledge and technology.

· Propose, develop and streamline new study protocols, methods and expertise to meet requirements and anticipate future needs

· Cover all aspects of evaluation operations and conduct them through contacts with internal and external clients KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Investigate skin, hair and scalp to identify and better understand consumer cosmetic disorders, and translate it into new opportunities.

- Objectively assess and enhance concepts, technologies and formulas to assist in different phases of product research, development and marketing.

- Propose, develop and streamline new study protocols, methods and expertise to meet requirements and anticipate future needs

- Validate in vivo that new scientific concepts are able to reverse cosmetic disorders and bring additional benefits to the state of art.

- Cover all aspects of evaluation operations and conduct them through contacts with internal and external clients

- Participate in and lead cross-disciplinary projects to share knowledge of a given field

- Ensure internal and external technology monitoring

- Promote research outside the Group by participating in talks and/or contributing to scientific communications (publications, congresses, educational conferences, etc.)

- Promote and coordinate the management of multi-partner projects within Evaluation

- Provide an advisory and expertise role for research and businesses

- Share and develop knowledge and expertise

- Participate in and lead cross-disciplinary projects to share knowledge of a given field

- Ensure internal and external technology monitoring
